The apartment also features a spacious bathroom, which, in addition to a washing machine and dryer, also houses an infrared cabin for two people. The living room provides access to the large balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture outside of the winter season. If guests don't want to sleep in the large bedroom for up to four people, they can also use the sofa in the living room as an alternative. Games are available for guests in the living room closet, and coloring books are also available for children. All windows in the property are triple-glazed.
You can store skis, ski boots, sleds, and bicycles in the basement belonging to the apartment. There is also a lockable bicycle shed in front of the house for bicycles.
This comfortable holiday apartment includes a free, covered carport parking space. If you arrive with two cars, you must park the second car in a public parking lot.
A security deposit of EUR 150,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
