A total of 135 m² of living space is distributed on the ground floor across a hallway, a spacious living room with a dining area and open-plan kitchen, and a modern bathroom with natural light and a bathtub/shower/toilet/vanity. On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms, each sleeping two people, and a modern bathroom with natural light and a shower/toilet and vanity. The living room is equipped with a TV and a Wii games console. This first-class chalet includes a west-facing garden with a terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture in the summer.
The on-site parking spaces are located directly next to and in front of the house.

Countless hiking trails begin right outside the front door, and a ski rental shop is located about 100 meters away. Winterberg town center is a 10-minute walk away.
