Thanks also to its ideal location, the flat is the perfect starting point for exploring the city. The building has a lift. The flat is suitable for a family with two children or two couples. The flat is heated by gas central heating. There is a bus stop just 50 metres from the flat. Buses in the urban area, i.e. the inner city, run every 15 minutes. With them, you can easily explore the whole city. A tour of the city walls offers a magnificent view. On one side are the narrow streets of the historic centre, on the other the port and beaches. The flat includes a private, locked garage.
