I wanted to book the accommodation, it is written that dogs are welcome. I phoned the host because it wasn't possible to book via the homepage. I should book through belvilla.de. there was also written that dogs are welcome. booked. then the host calls me. dogs are not allowed. I wanted to cancel and get my total amount back. neither in the accommodation nor via belvilla could be canceled. Host: "Yeah, I can do that now, ah, nothing mocha" belvilla customer service is also really bad. they didn't even understand my problem (hardly anyone spoke German). So all in all, the worst holiday experience I could/had to have. money gone and no vacation made.
Dit appartement was absoluut geweldig en de locatie kon niet beter, We hadden helemaal geen klachten, alleen een opmerking dat er geen magnetron beschikbaar was in het appartement, maar alles was verder geweldig! De dame die ons beneden hielp was fantastisch - heel vriendelijk en gastvrij, Ik zou dit appartement zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die van plan is om te skiën in Innsbruck
