Our new, modern finca is located not far from Binissalem in a sunny rural setting in the middle of Jose Luis Ferrer's wine-growing regions. From the finca you have a fantastic view of the Tramuntana mountains. The house offers around 325 m² of space for 10 guests. Comfortably and modernly furnished, there are a total of 5 bedrooms (3x double bed, 2x single beds), all with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite and one outside toilet. The large open, light-flooded, glazed living-dining room with satellite TV and internet WiFi has a beautiful view of the pool terrace. The ultra-modern eat-in kitchen with a 4-plate stove, microwave, oven, grill and dishwasher is right next door. The outdoor area with a shady seating area and chill sofa is beautifully landscaped and the private 10 m x 5 m swimming pool (depth 1 m x 1.80 m) is completely surrounded by a spacious lawn. Further equipment also includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, high chair and a baby bed. There is enough parking space at the house. Binissalem is a place known for its good wines, and of course there are also bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
