The house is located at Waterpark Yn e Lijte near the ferry to the Bird, a beautiful island near Grou. The famous cycling tour "De 8 van Grou" starts here, where you are transferred by 8 bicycle ferries. Grou is a water sports village with many activities, near Leeuwarden. You can rent a sloop 300 m from the house. The ideal place for lovers of water, peace and nature!
It is wonderful to be able to sit outside on the spacious terrace as soon as the sun shines. The house has a living room with open kitchen that is fully equipped. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other room has a single loft bed. The house is located in a small-scale park with a children's swimming pool.

Ik vond de charme van Villa Nika geweldig, het uitzicht op de tuin vanuit de woonkamer was prachtig en de keuken was perfect voor zelfgemaakte maaltijden, op slechts een korte rit van het centrale plein van Poreč om te winkelen en te dineren,
Ik raad deze plek ten zeerste aan voor een skivakantie met het gezin! Het was erg ruim, schoon en had een geweldige keuken. De gastheren waren vriendelijk en zorgden ervoor dat we ons welkom voelden.
De villa bood een comfortabele uitvalsbasis voor onze vakantie. De leefruimte was groot genoeg voor onze groep en we waardeerden het gemak van de gratis parkeergelegenheid. Een solide keuze voor degenen die de regio Istrië willen verkennen.
