The house also offers access to a garage with a shower bath, along with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.
The townhouse is ideally located for beach lovers, with the fine sandy beach just a short walk away. In addition to enjoying the beach, guests can explore nearby attractions such as the Alcúdia market (held every Sunday and Tuesday), the Cap Formentor lighthouse, the stunning beach of Formentor, the Caves of Campanet, and the S'Albufera natural park. The nearby Playa de Muro also offers a relaxing spot for sunbathing and swimming. With all essential services nearby, the location provides a great base for a relaxing holiday without the need for a car.

Ruim en schoon! De garage met douche was een welkome aanvulling na onze stranduitjes. Bent u op zoek naar een ontspannende vakantie op Mallorca? Dan is dit de plek voor u!
Het Stadthuset was goed uitgerust en schoon. Er hing een gezellige sfeer waardoor we ons er thuis voelden. We vonden vooral het privéterras op de bovenste verdieping geweldig, perfect voor een kopje koffie in de ochtend!
We hadden een fantastisch verblijf in dit prachtige townhouse! De locatie is perfect, op slechts een korte wandeling naar het strand, en het uitzicht vanaf ons terras was adembenemend, De ruime woonkamer was geweldig voor onze gezinsbijeenkomsten, Zeer aan te raden!
