The villa is ideally situated just a short distance from the heart of Inca, a vibrant city known for its traditional Thursday market, local restaurants, and supermarkets. The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities, including hiking in the nearby Tramuntana mountains and visits to historical sites like the monastery of Lluc and Sa Calobra. For beach lovers, the coastal areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro are just a half-hour drive away, providing beautiful beaches for relaxation.
Inside, the villa features a well-equipped country-style kitchen with a toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, and a filter coffee maker, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available for added convenience. The living space is enhanced by natural stone walls, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The two full bathrooms are fitted with either a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer.

Het huis is heel mooi en goed gelegen, vooral de buitenruimtes - terras, zwembad en tuin - zijn erg aantrekkelijk. De badkamers en slaapkamers zijn ouder, maar in goede staat. Horren beschikbaar. De keukenuitrusting is eenvoudig, servies en bestek zijn gedeeltelijk vies en de pannen zijn erg versleten. De opgegeven vaatwasser is niet beschikbaar. Een groot nadeel is de lawaaiige omgeving: een nabijgelegen sportveld veroorzaakt dagelijks vanaf 's ochtends vroeg tot soms 's avonds laat hinderlijk lawaai; Ook het vliegtuiglawaai en het geluidsniveau van de snelweg zijn onaangenaam. Het terrein is goed beveiligd met een elektrisch bedienbare poort.
Wij hebben hier een week doorgebracht en vonden het geweldig! De wandelpaden in de buurt waren geweldig en we hebben genoten van de lokale markt in Inca. De keuken was goed uitgerust om maaltijden voor het hele gezin te bereiden.
