The spacious furnished porch is perfect for outdoor dining, and a barbecue area adds to the appeal for family gatherings. For additional entertainment, a ping pong table and a badminton net are provided. The property also features a covered parking space and two outdoor parking spaces, ensuring convenience for guests.
The finca is located just 1.5 km from Binissalem, a village renowned for its Mallorcan wine production, and surrounded by several wine cellars. The village offers supermarkets, restaurants, and a petrol station for convenience. Palma de Mallorca, the island's capital, is a 20-25 minute drive away, where visitors can explore historical landmarks like La Seu Cathedral, Bellver Castle, and the charming old town. The northern beaches, including Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, are approximately 30 km away, offering shallow waters and fine sand. For outdoor enthusiasts, Alaró, located 10 minutes by car, is the starting point for the Castell d'Alaró hiking trail, and the Tramuntana mountain range offers scenic hikes and visits to cultural gems such as Valldemossa, Sóller, and the beautiful cove of La Calobra.

Bent u op zoek naar een rustige plek met veel ruimte? Dan is deze finca iets voor u! De tuin en het zwembad waren perfect voor onze groep en we hebben genoten van het verkennen van de omgeving. Echt een geweldige ervaring!
Supergezellige villa, heerlijk privézwembad!
Deze finca is een hele vibe, Het privézwembad is perfect om met vrienden te chillen en de tuin is gewoon schattig voor foto's, Plus, dicht bij de wijnspots van Binissalem zijn een grote winst, Low-key, het eetgedeelte buiten was anders voor onze BBQ-nachten, Zeker terugkomen!
The ambiance was just what we needed for a relaxing vacation, We loved the outdoor dining area and spent our evenings laughing and sharing stories over delicious grilled meals, A memorable stay!
The finca is beautifully decorated and very clean, We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay, The barbecue area was perfect for our family meals, A peaceful place to unwind!
Spacieux, confortable et propre, Parfait pour une escapade en groupe, La table de ping pong était une surprise amusante et les chambres étaient super confortables, Une courte distance en voiture de Palma a facilité l'exploration, 10/10 recommanderait
