The apartment is part of a complex, with a communal pool and garden area for relaxation and enjoyment. The YourHouse team is readily available to assist guests with any needs, offering office hours Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and weekends and holidays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Located in the peaceful neighborhood of Son Bauló, the apartment is just a short distance from several renowned beaches in the north, including Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia, and Playa de Formentor. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the area is ideal for hiking and cycling during the winter months, or you can take a round of golf at Alcanada. Additionally, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and the bus station are all conveniently nearby, and since the location is well-connected, a car is not necessary for getting around.
The apartment provides a secure and comfortable stay with all the essentials. Please note that there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which is mandatory for all guests aged 16 or older. This fee will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link, and the amount varies depending on the season. Guests are required to submit copies of their passports or IDs for those over 14 years of age, as per local regulations. Additionally, security cameras are turned off during guest stays to ensure privacy.
