Description
Set near Petra in the center of Mallorca, this cozy villa with private pool, terrace and barbecue can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. This lovely house is in the center of the island and is perfect for a quiet holiday with friends and family. Each Wednesday takes place the local market in Petra where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the farmers. Afterwards, you can try good tapas at the square and visit the chapel Puig de Bonany which is a viewpoint at the same time.
A 30 minutes’ drive takes you to the beaches of Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina in the North or Porto Cristo and Cala Millor in the East. A car is necessary. You may start your day with a refreshing bath in the 9 x 6 metres chlorine pool or sunbathe in the garden. There’s a barbecue area, perfect for a summer dinner with friends and family. The living-dining area with satellite TV and spacious dining table invites you to spend a lazy afternoon.
Next to this room, there’s the fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. There’s one bedroom with double bed and air conditioning as well as one full bath with shower on the ground floor. The other 3 air conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and 3 with 2 single beds each, are on the first floor. Furthermore, there’s another full shower bath with hair dryer on the first storey. We can provide you with up to 2 cots and one high chair on request. The equipment includes fast Wifi and a washing machine.

Deze villa is zo'n sfeer! Privézwembad is een grote overwinning voor chill dagen, Perfect voor een groepsuitje, en het BBQ-gebied is anders voor zomerse diners, 🏖️
We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf! Het privézwembad was een hoogtepunt voor de kinderen, en de tuin was geweldig om in te zonnen, De locatie was rustig, waardoor het een perfecte retraite was
De villa ligt goed in het centrum van Mallorca, waardoor het makkelijk is om het eiland te verkennen, Het was zeer schoon en had alle basisvoorzieningen die we nodig hadden voor ons verblijf, De slaapkamers waren comfortabel, en we waardeerden de airconditioning, vooral tijdens de warme nachten, Hoewel de inrichting simpel is, draagt het bij aan de gezellige sfeer van het huis, Even een heads-up: een auto is essentieel om de nabijgelegen stranden te bereiken, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem, Al met al een solide keuze voor een gezinsvakantie

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The private pool was the highlight for our family, especially on those hot Mallorca days, The layout of the house is spacious, making it easy for everyone to find their own space when needed, We also enjoyed the local market in Petra every Wednesday—such a great way to experience the local culture and grab some fresh produce for our barbecues, The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor terrace was perfect for evening dinners, Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!
Nous avons passé un moment fantastique dans cette villa ! La piscine privée était parfaite pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration à Majorque, Le marché local à Petra était un point fort, avec des produits frais et des tapas délicieuses
