YOUROPO - Santa Catarina 1D

Three nights here and zero complaints. Plenty of beds for all seven of us which is rare! Loved how close it was to bus stops and shops, super handy when you want a quick snack or to head downtown fast. Kitchen gear was complete so cooking wasn’t a hassle at all.

Beds were comfortable and check-in was quick. Everything worked fine for a good night's rest.

The apartment is in bad condition Loose floors caused me to trip The furniture in living room has stain and bad smell The bathrooms has mold and has dirty floor The windows are dirty We couldn’t sleep in the apartment because the smell and we had to leave and find another hotel I paid over $3700 for your apartment which I barely used and paid for hotels extra I asked for partial refund to cover some of my extra cost. Your team response was the apartment is useable and denied the request. Thanks for nothing and your customer concerns
