Description
This luxurious holiday home is in a wonderful quiet village of West-Graftdijk and has a parking space. It is the ideal starting point to the many sights in North Holland. It consists of 3 bedrooms that sleep a total of 6 guests. There are only double beds, no single beds. The house is ideal for families or three couples.
Start the day with a healthy walk along the lake, which is about 1 km from the property. Or plan one of the countless cycling routes. You can get your groceries at the supermarket 3 km away and the nearest restaurant is 4 km from the stay.
The accommodation is very fully furnished. The ground floor has a nice hall, kitchen, coffee machine, microwave, air-fryer, fridge. In the living room, you can sit by the fireplace listening your favourite songs on the stereo or by watching your favourite movie on the DVD player. On the first floor, you have a bedroom, double bed, TV, bathroom, bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. The second floor features a bedroom, double bed, TV, DVD player. Of course, there is a great WiFi connection. If you don't want to eat out for an evening, you can prepare a delicious dinner in the kitchen yourself. The largely sheltered garden is furnished with attractive garden furniture. In addition, the house is now also equipped with smoke detectors and a CO detector.

Excellent exquidistant stay of the sites we wanted to visit.
We have a very nice holiday. Beautiful quiet area. Alkmaar is definitely worth a visit! We were received very friendly and in the house we found several nice surprises. Everything was tiptop! Nice base to visit the region, both northern and Amsterdam. For that our time was short, but maybe we'll come back again. Really recommended!
The house is located in a very quiet, clean and very well kept town. All the houses are of the same style, as is all Holland. It has a water channel next to the road. It has a very large and bright porch where you can have meetings and meetings and have a drink. There is also a garden. It has three bedrooms with double beds, one of them in the attic. The living room is very spacious and the television is connected to a home cinema.It is thirty kilometers from Amsterdam, communitya by motorway. Nearby there is a lake with boats. And everywhere bicycle lane, completely separated from the road, between pastures and cows, by flat terrarium.Aparcas on the door and without meters. The cleaning of the exquisite house the best of all the houses I have rented. The bathroom has shower and bathtub. The owner of the house was a very nice and attentive person and immediately responded to two wahatsapps which I put up for two small problems which he solved immediately.Recommended for a couple of couples or three who use the house as a base for excursions and for meetings having a good time.
