A covered seating area is perfect for hours of being together. Here you can end the evening with a glass of wine in hand, playing board games together with your family or admiring nature in the surrounding garden while doing an outdoor barbecue. The beautiful sunroom offers a wonderful panoramic view of the hilly landscape of the Upper Palatinate Forest. In the immediate vicinity there is an organic farm with milking cows, cattle and pigs. There is a weekly guided tour and it is possible to purchase products such as fresh milk. The city of Schönsee is just 2 kilometres away. It offers a natural swimming pool, an outdoor stage and shops for your daily needs. The extensive area is ideal for nature and hiking enthusiasts in summer and winter alike. Interesting hiking destinations, well-marked bike paths and groomed trails leave nothing to be desired. Take advantage of the central location and visit the cities of Regensburg, Passau, the Bavarian Forest or destinations in the nearby Czech Republic.

Reliable welcome from the friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean and well equipped house. Can fully recommend the house.
Very friendly hosts. The house, its furnishings, everything perfectly and lovingly furnished. nNbenan is an organic farm with fresh milk and fresh eggs. Children are very welcome here. What didn't work at all was the care provided by Belvilla. We have not received any information as to whether we can even enter Bavaria because of the Corona rules. We have also not received any contact details. Fortunately, the landlord, Ms. Zäch, took the initiative and contacted us days in advance. Landlord grade 1+, Belvilla grade 6-

A dream house that leaves nothing to be desired in an undiscovered beautiful area for hikes and bike tours. Cities worth seeing are easily accessible in all directions.
We have been warmly welcomed. The house is very well equipped, our favorite place was the dining room with a view of the winter garden and garden. You could also go for a walk with the dogs, as the fields were almost in front of the door. Hiking trails start not far from the house. We 3 friends, friends with a teenager and two dogs felt very comfortable.
A very nice welcome and conversation with the landlord, the house is in an excellent condition glorious the conservatory, we also loved that an organic farm was so close to it. You could always get fresh milk. Walk for a walk even in bad weather, A successful holiday
