The apartment offers a bright living-dining room with an open fireplace, a couch, and satellite TV, a kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and beautiful wooden furniture), a south-facing terrace with a superb panoramic view, two bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). The furnishings are new, good, and plentiful.
A shared washing machine is available upon request.
To the side, there is a well-kept hillside garden with fruit trees, vines, araucarias, palm trees, and cacti, which merges into the Mediterranean scrub of the mountain; on the mountain side, there is another terrace.
