Description
This charming 2-bedroom holiday home in Bosa offers a fantastic vacation experience for a family of 4. With heating, air conditioning, and a conservatory, it provides comfort year-round.
Bosa is a delightful town where you can enjoy the sea, countryside, the only navigable river in Sardinia, rich archaeology, and exceptional cuisine and wines. Known for its crystal-clear sea, classified as the cleanest in Italy for many years, Bosa is beautiful in summer and just as appealing off-season. Its mild climate and stunning nature make it perfect for walks, excursions, and birdwatching. Nature lovers can explore one of Europe’s last griffon vulture colonies and a variety of aquatic birds along the river. Bosa is also steeped in tradition, with a vibrant carnival, religious festivals, a castle, ancient churches, and one of Sardinia's oldest and most picturesque historic centers. Food and wine lovers will relish the local delicacies, from Mediterranean lobsters to the unique Malvasia wine. The house's central location allows easy access to all these attractions and nearby excursions.
Located in the heart of Bosa, just steps from the beach, the house exudes charm and comfort. Completed in 2009, it’s next to the castle stairs, behind the cathedral, near the river, and close to the main street. It features a parking space and a veranda for outdoor dining. The two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, offer a double bed and two single beds. The kitchen and sitting room, complete with TV and stereo, ensure a relaxing stay. Air conditioning/heating is available in every room, and a washing machine is provided for added convenience.

We arrive in a full street, where we do not immediately find the house number of the accommodation. Fortunately, the housekeeper is so reached by phone and she comes out to show us that we can park in the front yard. She leads us enthusiastically through the house and says that we can always approach her with questions. She lives in the house next door. The house is on the edge of the small town. Walking through the medieval streets we are introduced to a cozy town.
A warm welcome from Pietrina, a very friendly neighbor and hostess who takes all the time to answer your questions and give advice. The contact with the owner is also very good, honest and correct. The cottage is located on the edge of the center of Bosa and you walk within 50 meters into the most beautiful street of Bosa, where you will find lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The house is completely and tastefully furnished. Everything is clean and nicely finished. The layout is particularly suitable for families with children who have their own bedroom. It is clear to see that they are working hard to make the guests feel at home. Well, and then Bosa. In one word, picturesque. All those typical Italian houses in all possible pastel shades. Really a picture. And the food is just as good there. We had a wonderful time there and will definitely come back sometime. Top.
Nice town, Bosa, nice house, cozy ingericht.Eigenaar was unfortunately absent, but had neatly e-mailed us and neighbor caught us.
How sad I was that I had to go back home From day 1 I felt at home there.Prima reception of the guest woman.Veel clean and tidy and everything was as I imagined and a very good communication.Ibelvilla is again a customer richer . I'm very content. And it was a very nice holiday.
The reception by Pietrina / Houskeeper and neighbor was super friendly. Also the contact to the owner Alessandro worked by email problem-free. Prima Tips gabs by Mail. Beautiful little house with everything you need in such a way (except the dishwasher - but we knew before) Bosa is a very nice small town where the going out is worthwhile. We felt very comfortable there. Certainly we will come back.
The house is nicely decorated, the home keeper Pietrina is very helpful if you have any questions. It's a pity that the sleeping area in the basement is in open connection with the ground floor on the ground floor. Bosa is a nice town, where you will be in a few minutes. The river is also nearby. Unfortunately, the house is very close to the road and there is a lot of traffic.
