The apartment is situated in a quiet courtyard. The living room loggia, however, offers a small, interesting view of Binz's promenade from its narrow side.

The bright combined living and sleeping area with its large, southwest-facing loggia features a flat-screen TV (cable), free Wi-Fi, and a small kitchenette (with dishwasher, two-burner cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). The dining table – with 2-4 chairs depending on the number of guests – can be extended if needed. The comfortable box-spring bed has a sleeping area of 180 x 200 cm. The small, separate bedroom contains a bed with a sleeping area of 80 x 200 cm. This bed can be extended to 160x200cm if needed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, towel warmer, hairdryer, and toilet.

A travel cot cannot be provided for this apartment.
A parking space at the house can be booked for €15 per night.
Bicycles can be locked in the villa's courtyard.
A bakery with a delicious breakfast selection is located in the immediate vicinity of Villa Alba. A bicycle rental shop is also just 50 meters away.
Maximum occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children up to 15 years old.
