Built in 1891, Villa Alba is one of the historic seaside villas on Binz's elegant promenade – just steps from the beach and pier.

The apartment overlooks the historic center of Binz. It offers a lovely living room with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV (cable), free Wi-Fi, and a small kitchenette (with dishwasher, two-burner cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). The dining table can be extended if needed. The east-facing balcony, furnished with a table, chairs, and a sun lounger, is accessible from the living room. Looking to the left from the balcony, you'll see the Baltic Sea shimmering at the end of the promenade.

Four bakeries with lovely dining areas for a relaxed breakfast are located in the immediate vicinity of Villa Alba. A bicycle rental shop is also just 50 meters away.
