Welcome to Villa Alba – a classic seaside villa in the heart of Binz – just 200 meters from the beach!

Apartment No. 5 faces the courtyard. It features a spacious living room with a sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV (cable), free Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette (equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, two-burner cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster). The dining table can be extended if needed.

The west-facing balcony, comfortably furnished with a table and chairs, is accessible from the living room. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe.

The attractive bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, towel warmer, and hairdryer.
...``` A fully made-up travel cot can be booked for a one-time fee of €25. A highchair is available free of charge upon request.
Parking can be booked for an additional €15 per night.
Bicycles can be locked to the public bike rack in front of the house.
Three excellent bakeries with pleasant dining areas for breakfast are located in the immediate vicinity of Villa Alba. A bicycle rental shop is also just 50 meters away.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 baby in a travel cot.
