The charming, lovingly and luxuriously renovated holiday home "Strandgut" is situated in a beautiful, beachfront location in Timmendorfer Strand. The Baltic Sea, the beach, and the promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. Within a 500-meter radius, you'll find various restaurants, a mini-golf course, and the "Wolkenlos" (Cloudless) restaurant on the Seeschlösschen Bridge.
The holiday home is tastefully furnished and evokes a wonderful beach atmosphere. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house offers ample space for seven people. On the ground floor, in addition to a spacious bedroom (with a 180x200 cm box-spring bed), there is a modern shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a generous living and dining area. All ground-floor windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms with TVs (two with 180x200 cm box-spring beds and one with a single bed that can be extended to 160x200 cm), a modern, bright bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has a sunny balcony.
The adjacent sun deck is partially covered and furnished with comfortable lounge furniture, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. An electric awning, garden furniture, and sun loungers are also provided. After a day at the beach, you can unwind in the garden sauna. Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine, and dryer are available for your free use. A parking space and bicycle shed are located at the house.
From mid-May to mid-September, a beach chair is available for your free use on the beach.
