The charming Niendorf harbor, with its lively atmosphere and arguably the most delicious fish sandwiches for miles around, is also within easy walking distance.
A beautiful semi-detached house awaits you, where you'll feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you step inside. Warm colors, plenty of light, and high-quality furnishings ensure a high standard of living in a wonderful ambiance. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sauna, the house offers over 100 square meters of living space, providing ample room for six people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday right by the beach. On the ground floor, you'll find a light-filled, spacious, and elegantly furnished living and dining area. The fully equipped, integrated kitchen is perfect for cooking together. The south-facing sun terrace is furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers and surrounded by a private, fully fenced garden. The entrance hall features a cloakroom and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and window. The washing machine is located in the attic. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm). Bedroom 1 includes a TV and wardrobe, while bedroom 2 has a chest of drawers. A third single bedroom with a small wardrobe and a king-size box-spring bed (90x200 cm) is accessed through one of the double bedrooms. The luxurious spa-like bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and integrated sauna is also located upstairs. The fourth bedroom, with two single beds, is in the attic, where the small washing machine is also located. All bedroom windows are fitted with blackout blinds.
Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, each with a king-size box-spring bed (90x200 cm), and a small washing machine. There are two parking spaces on the property and an electric vehicle charging station is available free of charge (for bookings received from November 25th onwards). A bicycle shed with charging facilities for e-bikes is available for the secure storage of bicycles, handcarts, etc.
