The leather sofa can be adjusted to accommodate a child up to 8 years old. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, and, for coffee lovers, a Krups Nespresso machine. The bedroom offers a glimpse of the Baltic Sea, nestled between the buildings in the first row. The comfortable leather bed has hypoallergenic mattresses and bedding. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, vanity mirror, and washing machine.
The south-facing balcony is comfortably furnished.
The apartment is located on the second floor. An elevator is available in the building.
A parking space in the building's spacious underground garage is available free of charge (entrance height 2m). The parking space features its own 22-kilowatt wallbox for your electric car, allowing you to conveniently charge via app and pay with credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay!
