The kitchenette was newly installed in 2019 and now includes: a four-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave, refrigerator-freezer (with a 35-liter freezer compartment), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
The furnished balcony is accessible from the living room.
The bedroom, with its sloping ceiling, features a double bed, and the window is adorned with curtains and pleated blinds.
The bathroom offers a shower and toilet.
A crib and highchair are available for a fee.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
From May to September, a beach chair is provided free of charge on the beach.
A car parking space (clearance 1.50m, not suitable for oversized cars) and bicycle storage are included in the underground garage.
For cars that don't fit in the car park, a free parking space is reserved in the shared parking lot at Proraer Chaussee 5.
Bicycle storage is available in the underground garage.
There is a small lockable storage room in the basement for e-bikes.
