Clapiers with pool
The house is located in Clapiers, a typical southern French village with all the amenities one would expect, very close to Montpellier – a magnificent university city with a unique flair – and the pristine beaches of the Mediterranean.
The house is available year-round. Please note that the pool is only open from May to September (weather permitting). In May and September, the pool can be heated (for an additional fee).
The house is situated in a normal residential area – not a holiday village – on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Clapiers, which has approximately 4,800 inhabitants. It offers approximately 128 m² of living space (air-conditioned) and a 4 x 8 meter pool. Three bedrooms provide accommodation for up to six people.
