At nearly 66 m², it offers ample space for four people plus a small child (a cot and highchair are provided) with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed, the other two single beds, each with a modern flat-screen TV.
The very well-equipped, modern kitchen leads to a spacious and comfortable living area with a comfortable leather corner sofa, a cozy armchair, and a large 3D TV.
The harmoniously designed bathroom has a large, walk-in shower.
The apartment also features an infrared sauna with two reclining chairs.
All rooms are equipped with electric shutters, insect screens, and individually controlled underfloor heating.
On the southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy the evening sun and relax with a good bottle of wine.
In the outdoor storage room (with electricity connection) there are two 28-inch bicycles, a 26-inch youth bicycle, a scooter and a bicycle child seat belonging to the owner, which can be used without guarantee of functionality and at your own risk.
