The house is located on the edge of the historic center and is 350 years old, with a completely new interior. Almost all rooms feature vaulted ceilings, and the living space is approximately 75 m², plus a 10 m² terrace (sea view) and garden access.
Pool use is exclusive to guests of Casa Rose 1 and 2 from May to October.
Ground-level entrance from the alley: kitchen, terrace, stereo/CD player, living room with fireplace, and dining/living room.
On the first basement level, there is an anteroom with a bunk bed, washing machine, master bedroom, and bathroom with shower. The second basement level contains another bedroom, garden, and a guest/TV room with a wood-burning stove and TV.
The house is fully furnished with a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, mini-oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric grill, washing machine, iron, stereo system, and TV with satellite reception. Wi-Fi, bed linen, table linen and towels are provided in sufficient quantities. The house has two double beds, one single bed and one bunk bed.
