Description
This large cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna is located on one of the best grounds in Ebeltoft with just approx. 300 meters to nice child-friendly beach. In the pool area itself, it is possible to use the regular swimming pool as well as a small children's pool. In the same room there is also a whirlpool, so all the water rides can take place in the same room. The kitchen, which i.a. is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, is in open connection with the living room, so here everyone can participate in the coziness when cooking. The wood stove can also help to create a good atmosphere and coziness, especially on cold evenings. The house has five bedrooms and a loft. So there is plenty of room for the large family with several children or two families who want and holiday together. There is a baby bath, baby pillow and baby food service available. Outdoors, the sun can be enjoyed on one of several terraces and you can have cozy barbecue evenings. There is a swing for the kids. There are several nooks and crannies around the house for the days when the wind blows up over the top. It is possible to get from the terrace and directly into the pool area. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Pool area, location in nature and good bedrooms
Good space, nice decor, nice pool and nice location, For a family holiday with 4 generations it is absolutely perfect, We have been there twice with 9 adults and 3 children aged 4 - 89 - and will probably come again, Super ,
It's a nice summer house, / But it's not for 12 people, / There's too little space by the TV and too few chairs at the dining table, / Would recommend it for 10 people, / It's in a nice place close to the water and the lock and Ebeltoft, which is a beautiful town to shop in,

The house has a great ambience, the room layout is very well thought out and the garden and pool area is super beautiful,
Ebeltoft is a really nice town,
