This bright, cozy, and maritime-themed one-room apartment, furnished to a very high standard,
was renovated starting in 2016 and equipped with stylish and modern furniture.
It is located on the first floor of the Bracht apartment building, directly on the spa square,
and can be reached by stairs or elevator.
An elegant double bed (with firm, high-quality mattresses and toppers,
180 x 200 cm, available from October 2018), USB sockets, a dining table, and a modern and stylish kitchenette,
are among the upscale amenities.
The apartment is ideal for two people but can also accommodate up to four.
The very comfortable sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option.
A baby cot can also be easily set up.
The kitchenette was newly installed in October 2016 and is thoughtfully equipped:
among other things, a milk frother and immersion blender are provided.
The bathroom was completely renovated in spring 2024 and features a towel warmer, mirrored cabinet, ceiling spotlights, Bluetooth radio, vanity unit, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror.
On the balcony, you can enjoy tea, coffee, or a glass of wine in the beach chair, watch the lively activity on the promenade leading to Wilhelmstrasse, or simply relax and unwind at the end of the day (sometimes with evening sun).
The apartment also includes cable TV (39"), a safe, and free Wi-Fi.
