Welcome to our beautiful and cozy apartment in Strandpark Großenbrode. Located on the first floor of the “Ostseebrise” building, the apartment has elevator access and is just a few meters from the fine sandy beach.
The cozy living area features a sofa, armchair and tiled stove, along with a Blu-ray/DVD player, PlayStation 4 with games, stereo system and books. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for enjoying breakfast or preparing meals, and includes a Tassimo coffee machine.
After an exciting day, relax in the wellness bathroom with whirlpool and sauna. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a box-spring bed, TV and electronic laptop safe, and the other with a bunk-style bed that extends to 160 x 200 cm, plus a TV with DVD player.
A balcony with comfortable garden furniture is accessible from the living room and faces northeast. An electric table grill is also provided.
Electricity, water, heating and one parking space are included. Bed linen, towels and firewood are available for an additional fee. A €100 security deposit is payable in advance and refunded after departure. A bicycle shed can be booked for an additional fee, subject to availability.
The accommodation is ECARF-certified allergy-friendly, with no smoking or pets, carpet-free/low-pile flooring, allergen-protective bedding covers and a special-filter vacuum cleaner.
