This superb, newly renovated duplex apartment in the heart of Deauville's marinas accommodates up to four guests. It features a queen-size bed (160x200cm) in one bedroom and a 140x200cm bed in the other. The mezzanine is not accessible for safety reasons. Pet policies are not specified. A €2000 deposit is required.
Located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, shops, Place Morny, and a 10-minute walk from the SNCF station and casino, this holiday home offers an idyllic location. It provides a quiet setting within the marinas while still being close to Deauville's attractions.
The apartment offers a living room with a marina view terrace, a kitchen opening onto the living room with a smart TV (with Netflix), a dining table, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a separate WC. Bed and bath linen, free Wi-Fi, an iron/ironing board, and a dishwasher are provided. Breakfast is not included. Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. (late check-in fees apply after 8:30 p.m., with no check-in possible after 10:30 p.m.). Check-out is between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., and no parties are allowed. An inventory and photo inventory will be taken before arrival. Extra guests beyond the reservation will be charged €100/person/night.
