A security deposit of €100 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.

One pet is permitted for an extra charge. Please contact your agency to book additional pets.

Free parking is available.

In the spacious living room, you can relax on the sofa with a good book or watch movies with your family.

To pamper your palate, the new kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and other amenities, offers the perfect opportunity to unleash your creativity and try out new recipes.

Afterwards, you can serve your meals in the inviting dining area.

One pet is welcome for an additional fee. After a satisfying meal, the master bedroom is perfect for escaping to dreamland and forgetting the world around you.

An additional television is also available.

The smaller bedroom contains two comfortable single beds, ideal for our younger guests. A chest of drawers and storage drawers are provided.

In the beautiful bathroom, you can relax under a hot shower and let all your worries melt away. You'll feel completely refreshed.

On your spacious veranda, you can enjoy a fun-filled evening with friends and use the charcoal grill to prepare a delicious barbecue.

Meanwhile, the children can play freely in the garden and have plenty of fun outdoors.
