On the first floor, there is a new, spacious bathroom (renovated in 2008) with underfloor heating, two showers, a washing machine, and a second, separate toilet. The sunny living room features a cozy, open-plan kitchen with an oven, a 5-burner gas hob, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
The living room has a comfortable seating area with an HD TV and DVD player. The southwest-facing garden offers plenty of privacy and has a private terrace with beautiful views of the meadows.
