Our holiday apartment is located in the newly built Sonnenschein holiday residence in an exclusive location in Börgerende, yet it enjoys a remarkably quiet and idyllic setting.
Enjoy your morning coffee in bed – no problem – because the luxuriously equipped kitchen offers everything you could wish for.

A built-in oven, built-in microwave, large ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator with integrated freezer, toaster, and kettle are all provided for your convenience. You won't find anything you need in terms of dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.

Bad weather in sight? Then treat yourself to a latte macchiato from the Tassimo coffee machine and enjoy the day anyway. A small selection of books, games, and DVDs will keep you entertained.
In this 75 m² apartment, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family or friends.

The apartment is wheelchair accessible and features wider doorways, making it easy for guests with mobility limitations to navigate. The two bedrooms can accommodate four adults and one small child. The larger bedroom is comfortably furnished with a 180x200cm double bed, a flat-screen TV, insect screens, and blackout curtains.

The smaller bedroom offers two 90x200cm beds. This bedroom also features a flat-screen TV, insect screens, and blackout curtains.
Naturally, the apartment includes a modern shower room with a towel warmer, hairdryer, and other amenities for your comfort. Underfloor heating is provided throughout the apartment.
Your family is important to us: we provide a high chair and a travel cot (120x60 cm). A beach wagon is available free of charge in the apartment for trips to the beach.

The spacious living room with dining area features a huge corner sofa that is especially comfortable. Here you'll also find the media area with a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, stereo system with CD radio and Bluetooth connectivity. Internet and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.

A washer-dryer (washing machine and dryer in one unit) is available for your use free of charge in the utility room.
Treat yourself to a sunbath on the terrace or enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book.
The apartment also includes a free parking space directly in front of the building.
