Apartment Spazz No. 2 is a spacious 3-room apartment on the ground floor, offering approximately 90 m² of living space for up to 4 people, or even up to 6 people with the additional sofa bed. A parking space and free Wi-Fi are available.

A highlight of the apartment is the large, furnished southwest-facing terrace with a beach chair, ideal for sunny days. The open-plan living area with real wood parquet flooring and a bay window (approx. 40 m²) is modernly furnished and features a flat-screen TV, stereo system with Bluetooth, and a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine (Nescafé Dolce Gusto). The dining table seats up to 6 people.

The holiday apartment has two bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, mattresses replaced in February 2024), wardrobe, and flat-screen TV, and a smaller bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and chest of drawers. A sofa bed (1.70 x 2.00 m) is also available in the living room.

The large bathroom with a window is equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, double vanity, and hairdryer.
Guest Toilet
A separate guest toilet is located on the same level in the stairwell.
Smoking is permitted only on the terrace; pets are not allowed.

The quiet yet centrally located Haus Spazz is situated on the edge of the Sellin Forest. The popular Wilhelmstrasse and the South Beach are only about 500 meters away. Parking, storage rooms for bicycles or strollers, and a washing machine are available in the holiday home.
