The holiday apartment W10.1 is located in the popular Waldsiedlung (Forest Settlement), almost directly adjacent to the Darß Forest and just a few minutes' walk from the North Beach. The apartment is on the ground floor and ideal for 2 people (+1 small child).
The living room features a comfortable sofa area. A large flat-screen TV completes the living experience. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and separated from the rest of the living space by a breakfast bar. There is a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is bright and spacious, with a large vanity (two sinks) and a semi-circular shower.
From the kitchen area, you can access another room (without a window), the small storage room. Here you will find additional storage space and a washing machine. Upon request, two children can sleep in the existing bunk bed.
The furnished southwest-facing terrace is directly accessible from the living room.
The apartment includes a bicycle shed where you can store your beach gear and bicycles. A parking space is available in front of the house.
