In the activity room there is both billiards and table tennis. Around the house there are several large terraces, where there is both sun and shade, and plenty of opportunities for shelter. The cottage also has a large covered terrace, which largely acts as an additional extension of the living room. For the little ones, there is also both a swing and a sandbox. The house is located on a large natural plot of 2700 m2. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
