The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen, which includes induction hobs, a separate oven and combi oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The window facade provides beautiful daylight to the living room and dining table. The living room has a smart TV with Danish TV channels and wireless internet. Enjoy the sun on the terrace in the garden furniture or on the sun loungers, and as evening approaches, you can extend the evening's cosiness under the covered and screened terrace with patio heater while you conjure up a delicious meal on the grill. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, and the house is heated by an energy-efficient air/water heat pump. There are five bedrooms, one with a double bed and four with two single beds. There are also two lofts, each with two mattresses. There are two bathrooms in the house, each equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. The property has a large fenced garden, which is ideal for games and play, and there is a trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance).
