The house has a living area of 115 square meters. It includes two 16-square-meter bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables. Each bedroom has access to the terrace and garden.
The main part of the house consists of a spacious living room with two large windows and a lovely view of the garden. The house is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and satellite dish. A dining table for six, a long bar, and a kitchen are integrated into the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, etc. Wooden stairs with LED lighting lead from the living room to a 22-square-meter gallery. The gallery has a double bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe. Part of the gallery is furnished as a lounge area, perfect for reading and relaxing. The house is air-conditioned and has a wood-burning stove for winter.
