The holiday home is a new build from 2013 with approximately 100m² of living space. It is located on a large (1,500m²) fully fenced plot.
There is a large lawn of approximately 1,000m², and the rest is covered with trees. The holiday home is heated. Underfloor heating is available in all rooms except the two bedrooms, which are heated by radiators. The heating is powered by natural gas and solar technology.
An 11kW wallbox is installed for charging electric vehicles. (Activation upon request)
