You can't get any closer to the beach!
The beach access at Käpt'n-Christiansen-Straße is about 150 meters away, and Friedrichstraße is about 250 meters away.
All six apartments in the beach house are maisonettes, furnished in a Mediterranean style and with a spacious layout.
In the basement of the building, you'll find a washing machine and dryer, an ironing board and iron, and a sauna (for a fee), all available for shared use.
Of course, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the entire building.
Apartment 2:
This bright, upper-floor apartment is ideal for 2-3 people.
From the hallway, you'll find the shower room, as well as the stairs to the second floor, which leads to the bedroom with a flat-screen TV and the living room with a kitchenette.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, a two-burner ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system.
... From here you also have access to the sunny south-facing balcony, where a table and chairs are waiting for you.
