Our comfortable holiday home with a Mediterranean garden (palm trees, orange trees, oleanders) is located on a quiet private street.
The entire house was renovated in 2024 (new windows, kitchen, bathrooms, tiles, etc.).
The sun terrace surrounding the private pool features sun loungers, a Weber gas grill, and a relaxation area.
The living/dining area is equipped with a satellite smart TV, Blu-ray player, Teufel smart CD radio, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a washer-dryer is provided. There are three bedrooms with high-quality mattresses (180x200 cm), a safe, and two bathrooms. The newly renovated bathrooms on the ground and first floors feature walk-in showers. The first-floor bedroom has a small balcony with sea views.
There are two additional terraces (west-facing and roof terraces).
