This bright, three-room holiday apartment (58 m²) is located on the ground floor of a two-story house and features an approximately 8 m² furnished southwest-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying sunny hours outdoors.

The open-plan living and dining area is modern and well-equipped. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and an espresso machine (Nespresso capsule system). The living area invites you to relax with a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and a Bose SoundTouch 20 sound system.

The Queen Augusta No. 3 holiday apartment can accommodate one to four people. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.60 x 2.00 m, respectively) and large wardrobes. The larger bedroom also has an additional flat-screen TV.

The modern bathroom features a large shower, toilet, vanity with storage, and a hairdryer.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
