This ensures you won't have any disturbing neighbors, either next door or above.
High-quality, rustic yet modern, Upper Bavarian style furnishings will make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Here, traditional materials meet modern technology. Paneling and built-in features were crafted with meticulous attention to detail from genuine reclaimed wood, and the floors are laid with country-style planks. High-quality fabrics create a cozy atmosphere in every room. A small library is located in the dining room, while the living room features a smart TV with Vodafone GIGA TV, a stereo system with CD player (MP3/USB/Bluetooth compatible), and a pull-out corner sofa bed, perfect for relaxing evenings or rainy days. A small bar with bar stools is also available, ideal for unwinding after a day of activities. The bedroom offers a comfortable box-spring bed, a wardrobe, a sitting area, and a comfortable room. The separate, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. A Nespresso machine, a conventional coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster are provided, along with ample dishes and cutlery. The bathroom includes a vanity with a cosmetic mirror, a toilet, a hairdryer, underfloor heating, and a whirlpool tub with a pull-out shower head. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your use (for a fee). Modern wicker furniture is provided on the covered and rain-protected balcony. A private, free, and video-monitored parking space is located directly at the house. A private safe is provided in the apartment. Fresh bed linens, cozy bathrobes and towels, private Wi-Fi access, and final cleaning are included in the price, as is the Tegernsee Card for each guest, offering numerous local discounts (e.g., free use of the bus and boat network around the lake).
