Frankenau is known for its location and beautiful natural surroundings on the edge of the Sauerland region. It is close to the Kellerwald National Park, where you can enjoy scenic hikes through the mountainous landscape. Germany's largest reservoir, the Edersee, is also nearby. In this large lake, you can enjoy diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing, boating, fishing, or swimming. This area is also rich in cultural and historical significance: the towns of Bad Arolsen, Frankenberg, Waldeck, and Bad Wildungen are worth a visit. In winter, you can enjoy skiing and cross-country skiing in nearby Winterberg or Willingen. Let this beautiful region surprise you!
The centrally heated house is comfortably furnished and features a hallway, a separate spacious kitchen, a living-dining room, and large bedrooms. A common room with a table tennis table is available for your entertainment. In the evening, you can enjoy a barbecue in the garden. A maximum of three pets are allowed, for €9 per pet per night.
