Approx. 800 m from the North Sea you will find this well-appointed holiday cottage that simply offers everything the heart desires of activities and opportunities for development. Located on a high dune plot at the cosy resort Nr. Lyngby. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with a stereo with CD player, flat screen TV, lounge area and wood-burning stove, all contributing to creating a cosy atmosphere. The house has 6 bedrooms with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with single beds - box-mattresses in all beds. In addition, two large and spacious sleeping mezzanines. The large pool area has a large swimming pool with water slide and swim coach, sauna, shower and whirlpool with room for 4-6 people. After a good and eventful day, it is nice to slip into the large whirlpool and just relax while you get underwater massage from the roaring heat jets or to get warm in the sauna. 3 bathrooms all with shower and underfloor heating. In the activity room you can take you a game of billiards or table tennis on the combined table. You can also challenge each other in darts. There is also stereo. On the spacious plot that surrounds the house the owner has thought of the younger guests with a sandbox, slide and swings. You can also relax on a sunbed on the terrace. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.

The decor of the house was good. There were 2 wings of the house with bedrooms and the activity room was nice
Het vakantiehuis ligt prachtig dicht bij de Noordzee, We waardeerden de grote keuken en eetkamer, die het bereiden van maaltijden gemakkelijk maakte voor onze grote groep, De kinderen genoten van de speeltuin buiten, en de volwassenen hadden plezier met de biljarttafel, Al met al een geweldige ervaring,
Deze plek was precies wat we nodig hadden voor onze familie reünie, De zes slaapkamers boden voldoende ruimte, en de woonkamer was gezellig met een houtkachel, De sauna en het bubbelbad waren een leuke toevoeging na een lange dag verkennen van de nabijgelegen attracties,
