4 person holiday home in Løkken
Small and well-appointed cottage with personal decor located on a large natural plot by the old fishing village Nr. Lyngby a little north of Løkken. From the ground there is a view of the water. The cottage contains a living room with an extra bed and direct access to the terrace, kitchen, double bedroom, small bedroom (child-sized bed) and bathroom with shower. The decor is in the well-known Danish cottage style with the main emphasis on well-being and cosiness. From the terrace there is direct access to the slightly hilly natural plot. For cheap heating and not least cosiness, there is a wood stove. In the spring of 2019, the house was newly painted and partly newly furnished, among other things. with new bed, new dining table and new blankets. There is an open terrace to the south and west. The plot is a slightly hilly dune plot with a swing for the children. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
