Welcome to our holiday apartment. The building was constructed in 1920 and extensively renovated and modernized by the previous owner in 2004 with great attention to detail.
The ground-floor apartment is 66 square meters and features two bedrooms, a larger open-plan living room and kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. All beds are high-quality box-spring beds. One bedroom has a 1.80-meter-wide double bed, and the other has two 1-meter-wide single beds.
The apartment's rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, flat-screen TVs, and electric shutters. The apartment also boasts a lighting concept with approximately 60 LED lamps, some of which can be controlled in small groups, allowing you to customize the lighting to your individual needs. A free parking space is included.
A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available for your use in the basement.
