Holiday Home Jakov is a beautiful seafront house located on the east side of the island of Hvar, next to Pakomina Bay. It will surprise you with breathtaking views of the sea, the island of Brač, the Makarska Riviera, and the Biokovo Mountains, as well as its idyllic, tranquil surroundings. The front terrace invites you to relax with a good book and a glass of wine. The last 5-6 km to the house are a dirt road.
The entire property is for your private use and features 2 bedrooms, a shower/toilet, a living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, and a partially covered terrace with a dining table.
Surrounded by a large, beautifully maintained garden with a barbecue area, this is an ideal place for a romantic and relaxing holiday, away from crowds and noise. Your outdoor gatherings will fill the barbecue area, where you can prepare a delicious meal for your loved ones.
Here you will love the cheerful song of birds and admire the beautiful panoramic sea views. Let yourself be pampered by the natural beauty, the tranquility, and the magnificent view.
A beach with bathing platforms is just 20 meters directly below the house. It is accessible via stone steps, and it is suitable for entering the sea without stairs. A fine pebble beach is just 400 meters away, in the neighboring Pakomina Bay, where you will also find an excellent family restaurant. The hosts are fishermen daily, so you can always enjoy a wide selection of freshly caught fish or go fishing. You can spend your day at a beach bar.
The house is equipped with solar power (max. 0.5 kW - for the refrigerator, lighting, cell phones, and laptop) and mosquito nets. Basic food deliveries are organized twice a week. There is a mobile minibus shop that runs every other day, where you can order bread, water, milk, fruit, and vegetables by phone.
The beautiful pebble beach and the azure sea entice all visitors to take a dip in the water. Guests who prefer "Robinson tourism" can find accommodation here. Surrounded by a green landscape and vineyards, the idyllic panorama of the Adriatic Sea and the Central Dalmatian coast will amaze you.
