It is located in Bogomolje, a small village on the island of Hvar.
The villa offers a combination of tranquility, comfort, and the elegance of a rustic style with modern minimalism. The property consists of 3 newly built stone houses:
- a larger central house (approx. 100 m²),
- a smaller house (40 m²) and a new house for 2 more people, for a total of 8 people.
- a round stone house for barbecues, built as a reminder of the forgotten way of life of the peasant families and a monument to their hard work.
The ground floor of the larger central house features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a corner sofa, satellite TV, and a fireplace. A staircase leads upstairs to the right to two large bedrooms with satellite TV and access to a balcony. The smaller house, decorated with hunting trophies, features a large internal antique wooden fireplace, a dining room for 10 people, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a wooden staircase leading to a gallery with two beds. The entire house is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi.
The new third part features one more double bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen, and an apartment-dining area.
