Located close to the beach and in a central location: a beautiful, bright 3-room vacation apartment with 2 bathrooms!
The spacious living room features comfortable upholstered furniture, a flat-screen TV, a radio with CD player, and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette.
The large, partially floor-to-ceiling windows facing southeast ensure a sunny start to the day.
The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, etc.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
The vacation apartment has one larger and one smaller bedroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, and a window with an exterior roller shutter for blackout (electrically operated).
Two modern bathrooms (one large and one small), each with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, complete the accommodations. A hairdryer is provided.
The vacation apartment is located on the second floor.
A parking space in the parking garage is available (entrance height 1.90 m).
From May to September, a beach chair is reserved for you free of charge between beach access points 40 and 41.
Maximum occupancy: 4 people. The apartment is suitable for children aged 7 and up.
If you book at the 2-person rate, the small bedroom will be locked.
